How to download a digital item
First way:
Click on the link below to check how

Second way:
Etsy will send you an email with the file.
Please note that you can’t download digital item from your phone app.
Third way:
If you still have difficulty message me via Etsy, and I will email you the file.
Why I don’t accept returns?
Etsy policy states that the digital sellers are not able to accept returns on digital listings given the nature of the items
Please note that all of my designs are hand drawn. It takes me long time to create, and post therefore I will not accept returns, cancelation especially when the file has been downloaded. If you have any issue with my files email me via Etsy, and I will fix it to you liking.
